The pyrolysis filament in the Pyrola pyrolyzers is very close to the GC injector, and normally no action is required to prevent pyrolysis products to condensate before reaching the injector. However, in special cases it may be beneficial to use the neck heater accessory to the Pyrola 2000. The neck temperature can be adjusted up to 225 °C.
